舒适护理对腰椎管狭窄患者术后睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on postoperative sleep quality of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis by comfort care

目的研究舒适护理对腰椎管狭窄患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法选取本院脊椎骨外科72例进行腰椎管狭窄椎板切除减压术的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组实施术后常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理模式,对两组术后睡眠质量和护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者睡眠质量、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠持续性、睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱、睡眠药物和白天功能紊乱评分及总分均较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论给予腰椎管狭窄患者术后患者舒适护理可改善睡眠质量,降低术后并发症的发生。

Objective Study of the effect of comfort care on the sleep quality of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after operation.Methods 72 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis with laminectomy and decompression were divided into 36 cases in the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The routine nursing after operation in the control group and comfort care was used in the observation group, the quality of sleep and nursing effect of two groups of patients were compared.Results The sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep continuity, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, sleep medication and daytime dysfunction score and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The complications of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care for patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after operation can improve the quality of sleep and reduction of postoperative complications.
