心理护理对慢性前列腺炎患者的干预效果研究

Effect of Psychological Nursing on chronic Prostatitis patients

目的研究并探讨心理护理对慢性前列腺炎患者的干预效果。方法选取本院在2014年1月-2017年1月期间收治的100例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组50例患者,对照组、观察组分别施行常规护理干预、常规护理+心理护理干预,比较两组慢性前列腺炎症状评分、勃起功能评分、心理状况指标、生存质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理前,组间慢性前列腺炎症状评分、勃起功能评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生存质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的慢性前列腺炎症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),其勃起功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),其焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),其各方面生存质量评分均高于高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组的护理满意度分别为98%、84%,两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性前列腺炎患者心理护理干预,可有效促进其症状缓解,促使其勃起功能逐渐恢复,还可改善患者的心理状况和生存质量,进一步提高患者对护理工作的评价。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on chronic prostatitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic prostatitis were selected from January 2014 to January 2017.Patients were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group and observation group were treated with routine nursing intervention and psychological nursing intervention respectively. The scores of chronic prostatitis symptoms and erectile function were compared between the two groups. Psychological indicators, quality of life score,nursing satisfaction.Results Before treatment,group of chronic prostatitis symptom score,erectile function score,anxiety score,depres- sion score,quality of life score comparison, there were no significant differences （P〉0.05） ;After nursing, the observation group of chronic prostatitis symptom score was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the erectile function score higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, the scores of anxiety, depression scores were lower than the control group （P〈 0.05 ）, the quality of life scores were higher than those of higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group, the nursing satisfaction of the control group were 98%, 84%, two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention of patients with chronic prostatitis can effectively pro- mote the relief of symptoms, promote the gradual recovery of erectile function,improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients, and further improve the evaluation of nursing work.
