摘要 为探讨高温对正常大鼠和中枢神经麻醉大鼠散热机制的影响,采用40只SD雄性大鼠按体重随机分成4组,即常温正常对照组、高温正常对照组、常温中枢麻醉组、高温中枢麻醉组,每组10只,普通饲料喂养,连续30d后检测血清T3、T4、TSH、TRH、EPI、ACH含量及血管β2受体表达。发现高温可显著降低正常和中枢神经麻醉大鼠体重和摄食量,并增加其排泄物量(P<0.05,P<0.01);高温对正常大鼠血清T3、T4、TSH、TRH含量均呈降低趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),可显著降低正常大鼠血管β2受体表达量(P<0.05);高温对中枢神经麻醉大鼠血清T3、T4、TSH、TRH、ACH含量及β2受体表达量均呈升高趋势,其中T4、TSH、ACH及β2受体表达增高尤为突出(P<0.05,P<0.01)。试验结果表明,高温环境下,SD大鼠散热机制与调节血清T4、TSH、ACH水平及血管β2受体表达密切相关。 To observe the effects of high temperature environment on the cooling mechanism of normal and central anesthetized rats, fourty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups.normal temperature control group, high temperature normal control group, normal temperature central anesthesia group and high temperature central anesthesia group,with 10 rats in each group.The contents of serum triiodothyro- nine(T3), thyroxine(T4), thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), thyrotropin releasing hormone(TRH), epinphrine(EPI) ,acetylcholine(ACH) and the expression of vascular beta 2 receptor were measured after 30 days continuous general feeding. The results showed that high temperature could significantly decrease body weight and food intake, and increase the excreta amount of the normal and central anesthetized rats(P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). High temperature could decrease serum T3, T4, TSH and TRH of the normal rats, but there was no statistical significance.High temperature could significantly decrease the expression levels of vascular beta 2 receptors of normal rats(P〈0.05).High temperature could increase the contents of the serum T3,T4,TSH,TRH, ACH and the expression of vascular beta 2 receptor of central anesthetized rats. The increase of T4, TSH, ACH and 132 receptor expression was particularly prominent (P〈0.05, P 〈0.01). The result showed cooling mechanism of SD rats was closely related with the regulation of serum T4, TSH,ACH levels and the expression of vascular 132 receptor.
