茵陈五苓散对代谢综合征大鼠糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗和炎性因子的影响

Effects of Yinchen-Wuling Powder on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism,Insulin Resistance and Inflammatory Factor Expressions in Rats with Metabolic Syndrome

为探讨茵陈五苓散对代谢综合征大鼠糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗和炎性因子表达的影响,以高脂高糖高盐饲料喂养法,建立代谢综合征大鼠模型(8周),将27只造模成功大鼠随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组和茵陈五苓散组,10只未造模大鼠为对照组,共灌胃4周。检测各组大鼠的血脂、血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素水平(Fins)、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、Lee′s指数。结果表明,与对照组比较,模型组腹围、体重、Lee′s指数、血脂、BP、FBG、Fins、IRI、NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-6水平显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,茵陈五苓散组腹围、体重、Lee′s指数、血脂、BP、FBG、Fins、IRI、NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-6水平显著降低(P<0.05)。说明茵陈五苓散能有效治疗代谢综合征,其机制可能与降低血脂、BP、FBG、Fins、IRI、NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-6的表达有关。

This paper aimed to study the effects of Yinchen-Wuling powder on glucose and lipid metabolism ,insulin resistance and inflammatory factor expressions in metabolic syndrome rats.MS rat model was induced by high fat sugar and high salt diet for 8 weeks.Then 27 metabolic syndrome rats were randomly divided into the model group, metformin group and Yinchen-Wuling powder group, and 10 rats were selected as the control group.Blood lipid level,blood pressure（BP）,fast blood glucose（FBG）,insulin and nuclear factor kappa B（NF-κB）, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）, interleukin-6 （IL-6）were measured after drug intervention for 4 weeks. The results showed that, compared with the rats of control group, the level of weight,abdominal circumference, Lee＇s index, FBG, serum lipids, BP, Fins, IRI, NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6 in- creased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. The levels of weight, abdominal circumference, Leer s index, FBG, serum Iipids,BP,Fins,IRI,NF-κB,TNF-α,IL-6 of rats in Yinchen-Wuling powder group were lower than that of model group（P〈0.05）.Yinchen-Wuling powder can treat MS by reducing the levels of serum lipids,FBG, Fins, IRI, BP, NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6 in metabolic syndrome rats.
