中药治疗奶牛乳房炎临床效果及作用机制研究进展

Progress on Treatment Effect and Mechanism of Dairy Cow Mastitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

奶牛乳房炎是一种由机体、病原微生物和环境共同作用引起的一种复杂疾病,给奶牛产业造成了巨大的经济损失。目前,奶牛乳房炎的治疗主要依靠抗生素,但抗生素滥用导致药物残留及乳中病原菌的耐药性,对人类健康造成威胁。中兽药由于低毒、低残留、疗效确切和绿色环保等优点成为国内外学者研究的热点。论文主要从奶牛乳房炎辨证分型、中兽药组方配伍理论依据、中兽药不同剂型和中西兽医结合进展等临床治疗奶牛乳房炎的效果等方面进行了综述。此外,还从中兽药抗菌、抗炎和对免疫系统的作用机制及今后发展前景进行了综述,以期为进一步开发治疗奶牛乳房炎的新型中兽药提供帮助。

Cow mastitis is a common disease that severely affects the development of the dairy industry and causes significant economic loss.It is a complex disease caused by the combination of organism,pathogenic microorganism and environment.Currently, treatment of cow mastitis mainly relies on antibiotics,but anti- biotic abuse leads to drug residues and the resistance of pathogenic bacteria in the milk,which is a threat to human health.Chinese veterinary medicine has become a hot topic among scholars at home and abroad be- cause its low toxicity,low residue,effective efficacy and so on.The paper reviewed the theoretical basis of the classification of dairy cow mastitis, the theoretical basis of the compatibility of the veterinary drug group, the different dosage forms of the veterinary medicine, the combination of Chinese and Western vet- erinary medicine and other clinical treatment of dairy cow mastitis.In addition,the mechanism and future development prospect of dairy cow mastitis were reviewed from the aspects of anti-bacterial,anti-inflam- matory and immune system effects in order to further develop the new type of Chinese veterinary medicine for cow mastitis.
