广州地区藏鸡与五黑鸡血液生理和生化指标的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Tibetan Chickens and Five Black Chickens in Guangzhou Area

为建立广州地区藏鸡与五黑鸡血液生理和生化指标正常参考值,并进行比较分析,采集藏鸡与五黑鸡的血液样品,用全自动五分类血球仪和爱德士血液生化分析仪分别检测其血液生理和生化指标。藏鸡的血小板(PLT)、血小板平均容积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)极显著或显著高于五黑鸡(P <0.01或P <0.05),而藏鸡的红细胞分布宽度(RDW-SD)极显著低于五黑鸡(P<0.01);藏鸡的碱性磷酸酶(ALT)谷丙转氨酶(AMYL)均显著低于五黑鸡(P<0.05),而藏鸡的GLU极显著高于五黑鸡(P<0.01);两个品种间其他生理和生化指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究获得了广州地区藏鸡和五黑鸡血液生理和生化指标,同时藏鸡在广州地区经过人工驯化饲养后较好地适应了亚热带气候,其大部分血液生理和生化指标与五黑鸡的比较接近。

The aim was to establish normal reference values of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Tibetan chickens and Five black chickens in Guangzhou,and compare with corresponding characteristic indexes.The blood samples of Tibetan chickens and Five black chickens were respectively collected, and blood physiological and biochemical indexes were measured by fully automatic five-category blood pellets and IDEXX blood biochemical analyzer.The resultes showed that PLT, MPV, PDW, P-LCR were remark- ably higher in the blood physiological parameters of Tibetan chickens than Five black chickens（P〈0.01 or P d0.05）, but RDW-SD was extremely significantly lower in the blood physiological parameters of Tibetan chickens than that of Five black chickens（P〈0.01） ;ALT and AMYL were significantly lower in the blood biochemical indexes of Tibetan chickens than that of Five black chickens（P〈0.05）,while GLU was extremely significantly higher in the blood biochemical index of Tibetan chickens than that of Five black chickens（P〈0.01） ;Others were not significantly different in the blood physiological parameters and bio- chemical indexes of Tibetan chickens than that of Five black chickens （P〈0.05）.After artificial domestica- ted breeding,Tibetan chickens in Guangzhou region better adapted to the subtropical climate, most of the blood physiological and biochemical indexes are close to Five black chickens.
