喉癌患者出院准备度的相关因素分析

Relevant factors of discharge preparation degree of laryngeal cancer patients

目的探对影响喉癌患者出院准备度的各种因素,为提高喉癌患者出院准备度提供理论依据。方法选取2014年8月～2017年8月在本院接受治疗的58例喉癌患者作为研究对象,出院前由经过专门培训的护士向患者讲解研究目的和问卷填写具体方法,并下发调查问卷。分别采用基本资料调查表、出院指导质量表、患者出院准备度评估表来统计患者基本资料、患者接受出院指导的质量以及患者出院准备度。以患者出院准备度为因变量,其他各因素为自变量进行logistics回归分析。结果喉癌患者出院指导质量平均分为(140. 57±33. 16)分,喉癌患者出院准备度平均得分为(158. 37±34. 21)分。以出院准备度为因变量,出院指导质量总分以及其余具有统计学意义因素为自变量作logistics回归分析,结果为出院指导总分、工作状态、婚姻状况、家与医院距离、是否带管等因素为影响患者出院准备度的独立危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论喉癌患者的出院准备度受出院指导水平、工作状态、婚姻状况、家与医院距离以及是否带管等因素的影响,护理人员应根据患者具体情况进行针对性的干预。

Objective To explore the various factors of degree of discharge preparation for patients with laryngeal cancer. Methods From August 2014 to August 2017, a total of 58 patients with laryngeal cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objectives. The well - trained nurses explained to the patients about the purpose of the study and how to fill out the questionnaire before discharge, and issued a questionnaire. The basic information questionnaire was used to calculate the basic information of patients, the discharge quality guideline was used to evaluate the quality of discharge guidance received by the patients, and the discharge preparation degree was evaluated by the patient discharge preparation evaluation scale. The logistic regression analysis was performed using the other actors as dependent variables for patient discharge preparation. Results The average score of quality of discharge guidance of laryngeal cancer patients was （ 140.57 ± 33.16）, and the average score of discharge preparation was（ 158.37 ±34. 21 ）. The discharge preparation degree as the dependent variable, the discharge guide quality total score and the remaining statistically significant factors as independent variables for logistics regression analysis. The results showed that the discharge guidance score, work status, marital status, home and hospital distance, with or without tubes were independent risk factors of affecting the discharge preparation degree of patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The discharge preparation of laryngeal cancer patients was affected by the guidance of the discharge level, working conditions, marital status, distance from home and hospital and whether the tube and other factors, nurses should adopt targeted interventions according to the specific circumstances of patients.
