城郊新社区文化贫困问题的解决途径基于当代发展型社会政策视角

Ways to Address the Problem with Cultural Poverty in New Suburban Communities—Based on the Perspective of Contemporary Developmental Social Policy

城郊新社区是我国新时代城市发展过程中所出现的农村城市化主要表现形式之一,这为国家经济发展和社会进步注入了崭新的活力,但也存在着一系列的问题。社区居民生活方式、文化程度、行为方式、小农意识、社区文化体系不完善和行为习惯的不同,造成了城郊新社区居民长期性的文化贫困。问题主要表现在新住居民传统行为习惯与城郊新社区行为规范不适应等。因此,需通过构建居民文化教育体系,整合居民传统主流文化,发挥社会公益组织和社区骨干引导作用等新思路,解决城郊新社区文化贫困问题。

A new suburban community is one of the main forms in the course of China＇s urban development in the new era, which gives new momentum to national economic and social developments. However, some problems arise, for example, long-term cultural poverty caused by community residents＇ life style, education level, behavior style, petty-farmer consciousness, community cultural system imperfection and different behavior habits. By analyzing the problems, we can construct the support system of residents＇ culture and education, integrate residents＇ traditional mainstream culture, give full play to the role of social welfare organizations and community backbone to guide the new culture of communities, in an attempt to address this problem.
