摘要
中医药的传承发展在国家中医药现代化号角下已然蓬勃发展几十年,多元发展与争论并存,然而研究者却鲜有从新时代患者角度去思考新形势下的中医药事业。文章从患者需求出发讨论中医药的优势与劣势,并提出以具整体观的组学技术桥接中西医诊疗研究,以统计方法整合量化多平台数据的思路。希望在完整保有中医诊疗体系的基础上,合理量化中医诊疗结果、桥接现代研究诊断指标,以更好服务患者;同时也为中医快速准确诊断、中药研究机制可视化、疗效与疾病转归可预测提供参考和新思路。
The inheritance and further development of TCM has been flourishing for the past decades under the call of the TCM modernization with diversified development and argument coexist. However, few researchers tried to consider the new situation of TCM from the viewpoint of modern patients. Starting from demands of patients, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of TCM, then it put forward the idea of bridging Chinese and western medicine research by overall concept omics technology and thinking of integrate and quantify multi-platform data by statistical methods. In order to better serve patients, it tries to rationally quantify the results of TCM diagnosis and treatment, bridge the diagnostic indicators of modern research based on completely preserve the TCM diagnosis and treatment system. Simultaneously, it provides references and new ideas for TCM quick and accurate diagnostics, TCM research mechanism visualization and efficacy and disease outcome predictable.
