有关中风病机外风学说问题的商榷

Discussion on exogenous wind doctrine of stroke pathogenesis

外风学说和内风学说是中风病因病机基本理论体系中的两大核心内容,深入研究二者的理论关系具有特别重要的意义。中风病机从外风向内风演化的过程中,存在许多模糊认识且多有争议,并没有形成相关的理论分析,更不必说指导临床了。目前临床真实世界中,内风学说占据主导地位,但中风尤其后遗症的中医疗效差强人意,使我们不得不重新审视、深度思考中风病涉及营卫理论的外风学说。

The doctrines of exogenous wind and the endogenous wind are the two core contents of the basic theoretical system of the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke. It is of special significance to study deep into the theoretical relationship of the two. There are many vague understandings and controversies in the process of the stroke pathogenesis evolved from the exogenous wind to the endogenous wind, and no relevant theoretical analysis has been formed, let alone guide the clinical practice. At present, the doctrine of endogenous wind occupies the dominant position in the clinical real world, but the traditional Chinese medicine curative effect for stroke, especially the sequelae, is unsatisfactory. Which makes us have to reconsider and deeply think of the exogenous wind doctrine of stroke involin~ the nutrient and defense theory.
