引经是中药作用定位、定向理论,临床用药掌握引经理论对提高疗效有重要意义。在现代中医药学名词术语规范确立以前,"引经""引经报使""响导""向导"各种不同的名称广泛存在于古代医药学文献之中,且常互相代称。文章通过查阅考证古代医药学相关文献,考释"引经"术语的源流,分析"引经"一词在不同历史时期的表达特点,以及前人对这一术语认识的发展脉络,并对"引经"及相关名称进行辨析,为其规范定名和相关术语的正确应用提供参考。

Channel affinity is the theory of location and orientation of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine. It is of great significance to grasp the theory of channel affinity for improving the curative effect. The terminology ‘channel affinity＇ in traditional Chinese medicine has a variety of forms in expression in different historical periods. Before the establishment of modern Chinese medicine terminology criteria, various appellation exists widely in the literature of Chinese medicine. Furthermore, the origin of appellation system is very dissimilar. The article is intended to research the origin of appellation, analysis the expression characteristics of the terminology ‘channel affinity＇ in different historical periods, study the development of the understanding of this appellation, analyze‘channel affinity＇ and related names through access to relevant Chinese ancient medicine literature, and provide references for the standard naming of terminology and the correct using of related terms.
