156例广西HIV感染者/AIDS患者发病及中医证候调查研究

Investigation of morbidity and TCM syndrome in 156 HIV infector/AIDS patients of Guangxi

目的:探讨广西HIV感染者/AIDS患者发病及中医证候特点。方法:对广西三地156例HIV感染者/AIDS患者的基本信息及四诊信息进行调查和统计学分析,认识广西HIV感染者/AIDS患者的发病及中医证候学特点。结果:156例HIV感染者/AIDS患者中,男女比为2.06∶1;已婚者占59.62%;性传播者占93.59%;证候学上,共有74个症状体征,最常见:情绪抑郁(82.69%)、多梦(77.56%)、腰膝酸痛(67.95%)、舌红(65.38%)、头晕(62.82%)、乏力(58.97%)、健忘(57.05%)、舌苔黄(42.31%)、寐差(41.03%)、神疲(40.38%)等。结论:广西艾滋病患者以男性居多,感染途径以性传播为主,具有热象偏重及正气不足的证候特点。

Objective： To investigate the incidence and TCM syndrome characteristics of HIV infector/AIDS patients in Guangxi province. Methods： The basic information and four diagnostic information of 156 HIV infector/AIDS patients in Guangxi were investigated and statistically analyzed to understand the incidence and TCM syndrome characteristics of HIV infector/AIDS patients in Guangxi province. Results： Among 156 cases, the ratio of male to female was 2.06 ： 1; married patients accounted for 59.62%; sexual communicators accounted for 93.59%. When it comes to syndromes, there were 74 symptom signs, the most common were： emotional depression （82.69%）, dreaminess （77.56%）, aching pain of waist and knee （67.95%）, tongue red （65.38%）, dizziness （62.82%）, weakness （58.97%）, amnesia （57.05%）, tongue yellow （42.31%）, insomnia （41.03%））, fatigue （40.38%） and so on. Conclusion： Guangxi AIDS patients are mostly male, and the main route of infection is sexual transmission. The symptomatic characteristics are predominance of heat and lack of vital qi.
