基于形气神三位一体生命观太阴虚寒证红外热成像特征的研究 被引量:9

Taiyin deficient cold syndrome characteristics of infrared thermal imaging studies based on the trinity view of life about human body,qi and spirit

摘要 目的:基于形气神三位一体生命观理论,借助红外热成像技术探讨中医六经理论,对"太阴虚寒证"之太阴脾与其经络进行相关性研究。方法:80例受试对象,其中40例为太阴虚寒证患者为试验组,40例为脾功能正常者为对照组,进行红外热像仪拍摄,以中医六经理论为依据,通过研究两组受试者的脾脏的正面体表投影区(即中焦)温度与背面的体表投影区、脾俞、脾募穴章门、脾经食窦、血海以及脾所主脐周温度的相关性,观察体内脏腑功能异常与其所属经络穴位、脾的俞募穴、体表投影区温度变化是否相吻合,探讨脾与它们的相关性。结果:试验组正面投影区(中焦)温度与背部投影区、脾之俞募穴、近取穴食窦、远取穴血海以及脐周温度均较对照组低(P<0.01)。相关性分析结果显示正常人和太阴虚寒证受试者的正面投影区(中焦)温度与背部投影区、脾之俞募穴、近取穴食窦、远取穴血海以及脐周温度之间均存在相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:太阴虚寒证受试者的正面投影区(中焦)温度与脾功能正常受试者的相比要低,红外热图显示凉偏离。相关实验结果进一步证实了中医六经理论即"太阴脾与经络"的相关性及六经辨证包含经络的正确性,同时为六经包含六气提供了初步的科学证明和可视化证据。 Objective: Based on the trinity view of life about human body, qi and spirit ,with the help of infrared thermal imaging technology to investigate the theory of the six channels and to study the relationship between Taiyin spleen of 'Taiyin deficient cold syndrome' and spleen meridian. Methods: This study included 80 subjects, 40 of whom were patients with Taiyin deficient cold syndrome as the experimental group, and 40 of whom had normal spleen function as the control group. They were photographed by infrared camera, based on the theory of Chinese medicine and six channels theory. Talyin (spleen) deficient cold syndrome and normal function of the spleen of the subject's frontal surface projection area's temperature (middle jiao) and the surface projection area of the back, Pishu (BL20), Zhangmen (LR13), Shidou (SP17), Xuehai (SP10) and the correlation of the umbilical temperature of the spleen was observed. The abnormalities of the zang-fu viscera function in the body were observed to be consistent with the meridian points of the meridians, the shu and front-mu point of the spleen, and the temperature changes in the projection surface of the spleen. The correlation between the spleen and them was discussed. Results: The temperature of the subject's frontal surface projection area's temperature (middle jiao) with Talyin deficient cold syndrome and the surface projection area of the back, Pishu (BL20), Zhangmen (LR13), Shidou (SPI7), Xuehal (SP10) was lower than subjects with normal spleen function (P〈0.01). Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation among the temperature of the subject's frontal surface projection area's temperature (middle jiao) and the surface projection area of the back, Pishu (BL20), Zhangmen (LR13), Shidou (SP17), Xuehai (SP10), and periumbilical temperature, and both subject with Talyin deficient cold syndrome or not had this correlation (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Taiyin deficiency cold syndrome were positive projection area lower temperature compared with spleen function of normal subjects, infrared heat map display to cool off. Related experimental results further confirmed that the images of traditional Chinese medicine theory that 'lunar spleen and meridians' and the relevance of the philosophical dialectic contains the correctness of the channels and collaterals, at the same time as six-channel contains six climates provided the preliminary scientific and visual evidence.
