国医大师张大宁从虚瘀湿毒论治慢性肾功能衰竭

Experience of TCM master ZHANG Da-ning treating chronic renal failure from deficiency, stasis, dampness and poison

国医大师张大宁教授认为虚、瘀、湿、毒是慢性肾功能衰竭基本病理改变。扶正补虚、活血软坚、祛湿降浊、通腑排毒是治疗本病的基本法则。近年,张教授重视软坚药物的使用,并总结出祛湿六法,尤其在大黄及炭剂使用上有所新悟。文章对此进行详述,供临证参考。

Professor ZHANG Da-ning, the master of Chinese medicine, thinks that ＇deficiency, stasis, dampness and poison＇ are the basic pathological changes of chronic renal failure. The basic rules for the treatment of this disease are strengthening vital qi and tonifying deficiency, activating blood circulation and softening hard mass, eliminating dampness and descending turbid, catharsis and expelling toxin. In recent years, Professor ZHANG has attached great importance to the using of softening hard mass drugs and summarized six methods of eliminating dampness, especially having a new understanding of the use of rhubarb and charcoal agents.
