张发荣运用“消渴膏方”治疗糖尿病的临床经验

膏方是中药传统剂型之一,在慢性病的防治中发挥着重要作用。张发荣教授擅长治疗内分泌疾病,认为糖尿病及其并发症的病机特点为"阴虚燥热、燥热伤津、阴损及阳、阴阳俱虚,热瘀互结贯穿始终",治疗应"治消渴,补脾肾,益气阴,清虚热,通瘀络、虚瘀并治"。辨证论治时把"三消辨证"与"证型辨证"结合,创立了"消渴膏方",完善了现代糖尿病膏方治疗中存在的不足,取得了很好的临床疗效。
