基于平乐正骨筋骨平衡理论探析神经根型颈椎病的防治思路

Discussion on the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on bone and flesh balance theory of Pingle bone orthopedics

神经根型颈椎病是颈椎退行性改变导致颈部脊神经根受压或刺激的疾病,属于脊柱筋骨疾病。笔者基于平乐郭氏正骨提出的筋骨互用平衡理论以及多年临床经验,从"筋、骨"方面指导该病的诊治。在治疗该病时运用手法、功能锻炼及中药外敷等综合疗法,进行"理筋、养骨"。在中医辨证基础上配合中药以调理气血,补益肝肾,恢复机体的筋骨平衡。文章即从"筋、骨"平衡方面来探讨神经根型颈椎病的临床诊疗思路,旨在为临床治疗该病提供可靠的临床依据和资料。

Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is a disease of cervical spine caused by cervical degenerative changes, which results in compression or stimulation of cervical spinal nerve roots and belongs to the disease of spine and bones. The author guided the diagnosis and treatment of the disease from the aspect of ＇tendons and bones＇ on the basis of the theory of bone and muscle balance put forward by Pingle GUO＇s bone orthopedics and many years of clinical experience. In the treatment of the disease, comprehensive treatments such as manipulations, functional exercises and external application of traditional Chinese medicine were used to ＇manage tendons and bones＇. On the basis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, it is combined with traditional Chinese medicine to regulate qi and blood, tonify liver and kidney, and restore the balance of bones and muscles of the body. This article discusses the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from the aspect of ＇muscle and bone＇ balance in order to provide reliable clinical basis and data for clinical treatment of the disease.
