中医药调节肿瘤免疫的临床及机制研究

Research on the clinical and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine regulating tumor immunity

免疫在肿瘤的发生、发展中具有重要的作用。目前免疫治疗已经从辅助性肿瘤治疗方式发展成为公认的最有潜力的手段之一。肿瘤免疫治疗较传统治疗方式具有明显疗效优势,且不良反应发生率低。近年来,国内外学者针对中医药调节免疫功能做了大量的探索,取得了重要进展,发现中药有效成分以及中药复方可以从免疫器官、免疫细胞、免疫分子等多层面、多途径调节肿瘤患者免疫功能。文章就中医药调节肿瘤免疫功能的临床和实验研究进展做一综述。

Immunity plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumor. Immunotherapy has now become one of the most promising tools for the treatment of cancer. The tumor immunotherapy has obvious curative effect compared with the traditional therapy, and the incidence of adverse reaction is lower. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on regulating immune function of TCM and made important progress. It is found that effective components of Chinese materia medica and compound prescriptions can regulate the immune function of tumor patients through multiple levels and pathways, such as immune organs, immune cells, and immune molecules. In this paper, the clinical and experimental research nroc, ress of Chinese medicine reulating tumor immune functioni is reviewed.
