基于情绪量表探讨高血压病患者情绪因素与中医证候的相关性

Exploration of correlation between emotional factors and TCM syndrome of hypertension based on emotion rating scale

目的:探讨情绪问题是高血压病中医证候分型的影响因素之一。方法:本课题采用上海中医药大学自行研制的高血压病问诊量表采集高血压病患者的中医四诊信息,并利用情绪量表给予高血压病患者情绪类型判定,寻找高血压病患者的情绪类型与高血压病中医证候的相关性。结果:研究发现高血压病痰浊壅盛证型与抑郁、肝火亢盛证与内向型激惹、阴阳两虚证与焦虑有相关性(P﹤0.05),性别与焦虑有关(P﹤0.05)。结论:情绪因素可为高血压的辨证分型提供客观依据。

Objective： To explore the emotional factor is one of the influencing factors of TCM syndrome classification of hypertension. Methods： In this study, four diagnostic methods of TCM in hypertensive patients were collected through hypertension questionnaire by Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine, the emotion rating scale was used to determine the emotion types of hypertension patients and find the correlation between the emotion types of hypertension patients and TCM syndromes of hypertension. Results： The study found that turbid phlegm accumulation syndrome of hypertension had relation with depression, liver fire exuberance, introversion irritation, yin and yang deficiency had relation with anxiety （P〈0.05）, sex and anxietyt were related （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Emotional factors can provide an objective basis for syndrome differentiation of hypertension.
