浅析广西壮族聚集地区骨伤科用药规律及特色

Analysis on rules and characteristics of Chinese herbs use in orthopedics and traumatology in Zhuang nationality settlements of Guangxi

目的:分析广西壮族聚集地区骨伤科用药规律及特色。方法:对《广西民族医药验方汇编》记载的有关广西壮族聚集地区治疗骨伤科疾病的药物进行收集及统计分析。结果:共收录广西壮族聚集地区骨伤科验方329条(含单方),涵括了929味中药,用药频次合计2 143次。排名前25位的高频药物有五加皮、当归、红花等。其多分布于崇左市(134条)、河池市(43条)、来宾市(51条)。根据聚类分析结果并结合临床实际可分为9类。结论:广西壮族聚集地区骨伤科用药规律及特色与主治疾病、地理及气候环境密切相关,有其自身特色。

Objective： To analyze rules and characteristics of Chinese herbs use in orthopedics and traumatology in Zhuang nationality settlements of Guangxi. Methods： The Chinese herbs use in orthopedics and traumatology recorded in the Compendium of Guangxi National Medicine Prescriptions in Zhuang nationality settlements of Guangxi were collected and conducted statistical analysis. Results： A total of 329 prescriptions （including simple prescription） were collected, in which 929 Chinese herbs were included, and the frequency of medication reached 2 143 times. The top 25 were cortex acanthopanacis radicis, angelica and safflower and so on, most of which were distributed in Chongzuo City （134 prescriptions）, Hechi City （43 prescriptions） and Laibin City （51 prescriptions）. According to the results of clustering analysis and clinical practice, they could fall into 9 categories. Conclusion： The rules and characteristics of Chinese herbs use in Zhuang nationality settlements in Guangxi are closely related to indication disease, geography and climate environment, and have their own features.
