“梯形四角法”针刀治疗L4～S1神经根受压腰椎间盘突出症的多中心临床疗效观察

Effects of needle-knife treatment named ‘Ti Xing Si Jiao’ on lumbar disc herniations of L4～S1 nerve root compression:A multiple center clinical trial

目的:观察研究"梯形四角法"针刀治疗L4～S1神经根受压腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,形成适宜技术规范进行推广。方法:采用随机化的原则(随机数字表法)进行分组,观察来自5个临床中心试验组120例和对照组120例病例,记录结果,判定疗效,进行统计学分析。结果:本研究共纳入病例236例,试验组总有效率略高于对照组,但统计分析无显著差异。试验组的痊愈率高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。试验组中L4～S1联合病变的痊愈率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:梯形四角针刀法,在治愈率上明显优于针刺疗法,此疗法疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of needle-knife treatment named ＇Ti Xing Si Jiao＇ on lumbar disc herniations of L4-S 1 nerve root compression, in order to form the appropriate technology specification and promote it. Methods： To observe the cases from 5 clinical centers, with the randomized principle （random number table method）, among them 120 cases in experimental group and 120 cases in control group. To record the results, determine the curative effect, perform statistical analysis. Results： A total of 236 cases were included in this study, the total effective rate of experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference in statistical analysis. The cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. The cure rate of L4-S1 combined lesions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The needle-knife treatment named ＇Ti Xing Si Jiao＇ is superior to acupuncture in cure rate, the curative effect is affirmed, and it is worth promoting application in clinic.
