中医整脊联合中医定向透药治疗髌骨软化症的疗效观察

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese spinal orthopedic manipulation joint TCM directional transdermal therapy in treating chondromalacia patellae

目的:观察中医整脊联合中医定向透药治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年11月至2017年6月东南大学附属中大医院及南京鼓楼区中医院中医骨伤科门诊诊治的60例髌骨软化症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例,研究组采用中医整脊手法联合中医定向透药治疗,隔日1次,共治疗10次;对照组单用中医定向透药治疗,隔日1次,治疗10次。于首次治疗前、治疗4周后及治疗结束3月后随访对患者Kujala膝关节功能进行评分。结果:两组患者KFKSS评分及有效率有显著性差异,研究组优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:用中医整脊联合中医定向透药治疗髌骨软化症是一种疗效满意的方法。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese spinal orthopedic manipulation （TCSOM） joint TCM directional transdermal therapy （TCMDTT） in treating chondromalaeia patellae （CP）. Methods： Sixty cases of CP outpatient were observed in this study, and all of whom were recruited from Zhongda Hospital of Southeast Universtity and Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Clinic of Nanjing Gulou District Hospital of TCM between November 2015 and June 2017. The patients were randomly divided to two groups, and each group has 30 cases. Study group was treated with TCSOM joint TCMDTT ten times and control group was treated with TCMDTT ten times. The Kujala functional knee scoring system （KFKSS） was performed before the first treatment, 4 weeks after the treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results： The KFKSS scores and effective rate were significant difference between the two groups, the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCSOM joint TCMDTT has greater efficacy than TCMDTT for relief of the symptoms of CP.
