摘要
我国现有的就地式馈线自动化方案主要针对馈线的单重故障,通过跳开故障点附近分段开关和隔离故障;闭合联络开关,以恢复健全线路的供电,减小停电范围。在联络开关闭合供电期间内,若他处发生故障,则现有的就地式馈线自动化功能由于只能静态识别分段开关与联络开关的属性,无法在开关属性变化后再次准确隔离故障。随着经济的发展,配电网络结构日益复杂,负载多样性逐渐增加,馈线发生多重故障的概率也日益升高。设计了一套采用动态判断联络开关的算法,改进了现有的馈线自动化功能,实现了对馈线多重故障准确定位、自动隔离。
The existing local feeder automation scheme in China,mainly aiming at single feeder fault,isolates the fault by skipping over the section switch close to the fault point,and closes the interconnection switch to recover power supply of the line with reduced outage range. If faults occur at other places while the interconnection switch remains closed,as existing local feeder automation can only achieve static recognition of the attributes of the section switch and interconnection switch and cannot accurately isolate the faults again after switch attributes have changed. With economic development,distribution networks become increasingly complicated in their structure and their loads become more diversified so that multiple faults probability of the feeder also keeps rising. The proposed scheme creatively adopted an algorithm for dynamic judgment of the interconnection switch,improved present feeder automation functions,and realized accurate location and automatic isolation of multiple faults.
