摘要
为了应对大容量和分散式的清洁能源电站不断接入配电网带来的接纳能力不足的问题,提出了一种发现和改造配电网接纳能力薄弱的方法,为精准投资改造电网提升接纳能力起到了指导作用。首先分析配电网接纳清洁能源的主要限制因素,然后分析清洁能源电站出力与被弃电量的关系,进而创新性的提出了一种指导清洁能源电站接入方式的方法,以并网发电的清洁能源电站容量最大为目标,同时满足间隔数约束、线路传输容量约束、变电站容量约束以及并网线总投资约束,最优接入方式能够充分发挥现状电网的接纳能力,最后以某区域配电网为例进行了配电网接纳能力的薄弱环节分析。
To deal with insufficient capacity of distribution networks for accepting continuous integration of large-capacity,distributed clean energy power stations,a method was presented to find and overcome low acceptance capacity of the distribution network,and could serve as a guide for accurate investment for grid renovation and capacity improvement. Firstly,main limiting factors for grid acceptance of clean energy were analyzed. Then,the relationship between the output and abandoned electric quantity of the clean energy power station was analyzed. Furthermore,an innovative method was proposed to direct ways of access of clean energy power stations,aiming at maximal capacity of grid-connected clean energy power stations and satisfying constraints on number of intervals,line transmission capacity, substation capacity and total investment in grid-connection lines. The optimal access way could bring the acceptance capacity of the current grid in full play. Finally,a weak link analysis of the distribution network acceptance capacity was made,taking the distribution network in a certain region as example.
