摘要
为了研究动力分布式供热系统的水泵输送能耗,本文以热源侧总供回水管作为零压差点,通过分析管网水力工况、简化复杂管网系统和对比动力集中式系统和动力分布式系统的水泵输入能耗,给出了水泵能耗的影响因素.结果表明,虽然理论上动力分布式系统的输送能耗节省比例通常不会超过50%,但动力分布式系统实际能否节省输送能耗需由供热规模、供热半径、供回水干管阻力与系统总阻力的比例、水泵效率和广义与狭义管网特性等影响因素的计算结果确定.
In order to study the pump power consumption in power distributed heating system,taken the total pipe of supply and return water on the heat source side as the zero pressure drop point,the influencing factors of the pump power consumption were given by analyzing hydraulic conditions,simplifying the complicated pipe network system and comparing the pump input energy consumption of the power centralized system and the power distributed system in this paper. The results show that whether the power distributed system may actually save power energy need to be determined by the calculation result of the influence factors of this system such as the heating scale,the heating radius,the ratio of the main pipe resistance of supply and return water to the system total resistance,the pump efficiency,the broad and narrow network pipe network characteristics and so on although the ratio of power energy saving of the power distributed system should usually be less than 50% in theory.
