摘要
本设计中以AT89C52单片机为主控制模块,利用简单的外围电路来驱动16*64的LED点阵显示屏.硬件电路设计内容主要分为4个模块:单片机控制模块、LED显示模块、译码器74HC154与三极管组成的行驱动模块和锁存器74LS373控制的列显示模块.然后给出了软件设计的主程序流程图,最后给出了系统仿真图.
This design with AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as the main control module,use the periphery of the simple circuit to drive the 16* 64 LED matrix display screen. Design content of the hardware circuit is divided into four modules: SCM control module,LED output module,latch 74LS373 column shows the module control,the decoder 74HC154 and triode line driver module. And then the main program flow chart of the software design is given,the system simulation diagram is also given.
