摘要 知识经济时代,因人力资本可促进经济增长,其地位显著提高.当前,人力资本激励措施相对僵化,有效性亟需提高.因此,本文在概念解析的基础上,分析人力资本激励的动因,诊断我国人力资本激励机制存在的问题,针对性地提出人力资本激励的措施,以供企业决策参考. In the era of knowledge-based economy,the status of human capital has been greatly enhanced because of the growth of rental economy. At present,human capital incentive measures are relatively rigid and the effectiveness needs to be improved. So this paper on the basis of concept analysis,analysis of human capital incentive motivation,diagnosis problem of human capital incentive mechanism in our country,puts forward the human capital incentive measures,so as to provide scientific reference for business decisions.
