钢框架内嵌轻质夹芯外墙板钢板连接试验研究

摘要 为了探究不同钢板厚度连接件对轻质复合保温外墙板钢框架结构抗震性能的影响,本文进行了低周往复荷载试验.试验结果表明:钢板连接件刚度是内嵌轻质夹芯复合墙板抗震能力的重要影响因素,决定结构的极限承载力、抗震能力、水平荷载传递能力.连接钢板厚度越大传递到墙板上的水平荷载越大,适宜的钢板厚度是保证内嵌轻质夹芯外墙板-钢框架体系协同工作的关键.研究结果为轻质复合保温外墙板钢框架结构在实际工程中的应用提供理论依据. In order to explore the effect of different steel plate thickness joints on the seismic performance of the steel frame structure of the lightweight composite insulating wall slab,a low-cycle reciprocating load experiment was carried out. Test results show that the stiffness is embedded steel fittings of lightweight sandwich composite wallboard important influence factors of seismic capacity,determine the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure,seismic capacity,horizontal load transfer capacity. The larger the thickness of the connecting plate is,the larger the horizontal load is transferred to the wall plate,and the suitable steel plate thickness is the key to ensure the coordinated work of the steel frame system with embedded light-weight sandwich. The research results provide theoretical basis for the application of the steel frame structure of the lightweight composite insulating wall panel in practical engineering.
