湖南省农村电商扶贫模式探析

Discussion and Analysis on Poverty Alleviation Model of Rural E-commerce in Hunan Province

本文以湖南省农村电商扶贫的4种典型模式为例,分析了影响这些扶贫模式有效推进的制约因素,提出了推广湖南省农村电商扶贫模式的政策建议.认为政府应大力发展区域性特色农产品、加大贫困地区电商人才的培养力度、完善农村电商基础设施建设、因地制宜选择合适的电商扶贫模式.

Taking the four typical models of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation in Hunan province as the example,this paper analyzed the factors that affect the effective promotion of these poverty alleviation models and put forward the policy recommendations of promoting the rural e-commerce model in Hunan province. This paper thinks that the government should vigorously develop the regional characteristic of agricultural products,strengthen the cultivation of the electric business poverty region,perfect rural electricity infrastructure construction,and choose the appropriate electrical model for poverty alleviation by adjusting measures to local conditions.
