碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的研究现状及展望

Research Status and Prospect of Alkali-activated Slag Foam Concrete

碱矿渣泡沫混凝土作为泡沫混凝土的一种,将碱矿渣水泥和泡沫混凝土的优势相结合,不但具有体积密度小、保温隔热性能好、隔音耐火性和抗震性优良等特点,而且符合新型节能墙体材料的发展理念,在建筑节能中具有广泛的发展前景.本文介绍了碱矿渣水泥的水化机理、性能以及碱组份的研究现状,并对发泡剂的分类及研究现状进行了阐述,对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的研究现状及存在问题进行了综述,展望了碱矿渣泡沫混凝土未来的发展趋势,以推动碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的研究与发展.

Alkaline slag foam concrete as a kind of foam concrete,fully combined with the advantages of alkali slag cementing material and foam concrete,not only has the characteristics of small bulk density,good insulation performance,sound insulation and excellent shock resistance,New energy-saving wall material development concept,in building energy efficiency has a wide range of development prospects.In this paper,the hydration mechanism,properties and the research status of alkali components of alkali slag cementitious materials are introduced.The classification and the research status of foaming agent are expounded.Finally,the research status and problems of alkali slag foam concrete are studied.Summary.The future development trend of alkali slag foam concrete is prospected to promote the research and development of alkali slag foam concrete.
