摘要
本文研究了泡沫剂对轻集料混凝土性能的影响.试验数据表明,掺入适量的泡沫剂对轻集料混凝土进行改性,可以使轻集料混凝土的和易性得到改善,抗压强度和抗折强度升高.当泡沫剂掺量为2‰时,大大降低了吸水率,显著提高了轻集料混凝土的抗渗性和抗冻性;同时,在轻集料混凝土中掺入泡沫剂,导热系数呈现下降趋势,当掺量达到4.0‰时,导热系数为0.122 3W/(m·K),比空白样减小了30%.
The effects of foaming agent on the performances of lightweight aggregate concrete were studied.The experimental datas indicated that the workability of the lightweight aggregate concrete was improved,the compressive strength and the flexural strength were increased by incorporating the right amount of foaming agent to modify the lightweight aggregate concrete.The water absorption was highly reduced and the seepage-proof and the freezing resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete were remarkably enhanced when the foaming agent content was at 2‰.Simultaneously,owing to the incorporation of foaming agent in the lightweight aggregate concrete,the thermal conductivity had trended down,the thermal conductivity at the foaming agent content of 4.0‰ could reach 0.122 3 W/(m·K),which was 30% lower than that of blank specimen.
