目的分析痔疮患者采取中西医结合护理干预对手术效果的影响.方法：选取我院2017年12月-2018年8月收治的痔疮患者120例参与本次实验研究,120 例患者可分为实验组和对照组两组,对照组采取单纯西医护理,实验组患者采取中医联合西医护理,对比两组患者的手术治疗效果.结果：实验组患者的治疗效果明显高与对照组,P〈0.05 表示统计学有意义.实验组患者 VAS 评分明显与对照组,P〈0.05表示统计学有意义.实验组患者并发症发病率明显低于对照组,P〈0.05 表示统计学有意义.结论：为痔疮患者采取中西医结合护理,能够有效提高患者手术治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,降低手术对患者造成的痛苦,保证治疗的安全性,促进患者预后.

Objective To analyze the effect of combined Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on operation effect of patients with hemorrhoids.Methods：120 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to August 2018 were selected for this study.120 patients were divided into two groups：the experimental group and the control group.The control group received only western medicine care,and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine care.Results：The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P〈0.05 was statistically significant.The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P〈0.05 indicated statistical significance.The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and P〈0.05 indicated statistical significance.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the surgical treatment of patients with hemorrhoids,improve their clinical symptoms,reduce the pain caused by surgery,ensure the safety of treatment and promote the prognosis of patients.
