细节管理提高腔镜手术护理配合质量的效果观察

目的对细节管理在腔镜手术护理中治疗效果进行分析和观察.方法：于 2017年 1月至 2017年 12月在我院治疗的腔镜手术病患中选择 100 例当作探究对象,采用随机分配的方式,将其划分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组病患数量为 50 例,采用细节管理方式,而对照组病患数量为 50 例,采用常规管理方式,对两组护理效果进行观察和比较.结果：针对应用细节护理管理方式的实验组来说,不管是在护理配合质量方面,还是病患满意度方面,都要优于对照组,两组对比,差异有统计学意义（p〈0.05）.结论：把细节管理方式运用到腔镜手术护理工作中,可以有效提升腔镜手术护理配合质量,有效改善护理水平,值得临床应用和推广.

Objective to analyze and observe the therapeutic effect of detail management in the nursing of endoscopic surgery. Methods： from January 2017 to December 2017, laparoscopic surgery patients treated in our hospital in 100 cases as the research object, by random allocation method, divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in which the number of patients as the experimental group, the details of management, while the control group, the number of patients for 50 cases. The conventional methods of management, the nursing effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： for the experimental group with detailed nursing management, it was superior to the control group in terms of nursing quality and patient satisfaction. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： the application of detail management to the operation of endoscopic surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing cooperation in endoscopic surgery, and effectively improve the level of nursing. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
