红花黄色素联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效及安全性评价

摘要 目的对不稳定型心绞痛患者使用红花黄色素联合阿托伐他汀治疗后的效果进行探究并对其安全性进行评价.方法：将我院收治的 100 例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,每组随机分配 50 例患者.对照组患者服用阿托伐他汀片治疗,研究组患者在服用阿托伐他汀片的基础上进行红花黄色素的注射.对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析比较,对两组患者治疗前后的相关指标进行对比.结果：研究组患者的治疗效果要好于对照组（P〈0.05）.研究组患者的心绞痛持续时间和疼痛程度均低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：红花黄色素联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者,治疗效果显著,减轻了患者的疼痛,提高了患者的生活质量.
