摘要
对破障清理车进行了研究设计,包括车身平台和设置在车身平台上的举升装置。举升装置包括底部铰接在车身平台上的支撑臂,支撑臂的摆动角度由支撑臂驱动丝杠的长度决定。与现有技术中使用长度受限的液压缸相比,其能够驱动支撑臂实现更大角度的摆动,从而能够达到更大的作业范围,具有较好的适应能力。
The breaking and cleaning vehicle was designed including the vehicle platform and lifting device assembled on the vehicle platform,the lifting device included a supporting arm that hinged at the bottom of the platform,the swing angle of the supporting arm was constrained by the length of the driving screw rod.Compared with conventional technology using a limited length hydraulic cylinder,the present design can make a bigger swing angle of the supporting arm,thus leading to agreater working range and a better adaptive capacity.
