摘要
介绍了虚拟现实仿真技术的特点和研究现状,对虚拟装配技术研究中的装配模型创建及多源数据模型转换、装配顺序规划、装配干涉检查及路径规划等方面进行了分析。通过虚拟装配仿真,能够真实地反映实际装配过程中遇到的各种问题,提高装配效率,缩短产品研制周期。围绕数字工厂技术,开展车间工艺布局仿真、生产线虚拟运行和仿真资源库构建技术研究,对生产线配置、物流工具配置和生产能力等方面进行评估优化,提高了车间资源利用率,实现了提高生产效率、节约投资成本的目标。
The characteristics and researching status of virtual reality simulation technology were introduced,the assembly model creation,and multisource data model conversion,assembly sequence planning,assembly interference inspection and path planning in the research of virtual assembly technology were analyzed.Through virtual assembly simulation,it can truly reflect various problems encountered in the actual assembly process,so it improved the assembly efficiency and shorten the product development cycle.Based on digital factory technology,workshop layout simulation,virtual operation of production lines,and construction of simulation resource database were carried out,production line configuration,logistics tools configuration,and production capacity were evaluated and optimized,which improved the utilization rate of workshop resources and achieved the goal of improving production efficiency and saving investment costs.
