心里的秋天

Autumn Within

秋天来了；不是在外界，是我心里感到了秋凉。四处都是青春和美景，只有我已经老迈苍苍。鸟儿在空中急速飞行，歌唱，筑巢，片刻不停；生机活跃在每个角落，除了我这孤寂的心灵。

It is autumn; not without, But within me is the cold. Youth and spring are all about; It is I that have grown old.Birds are darting＇ through the air, Singing, building without rest; Life is stirring2 everywhere, Save within my lonely breast3. There is silence： the dead leaves Fall and rustle4 and are still; Beats no flail5 upon the sheaves6, Comes no murmur7 from the mill8.
