On 0-3 Year Olds with Speech and Language Disorders:Early Diagnosis and Interventions

摘要 语言和言语障碍在婴幼儿群体中具有较高的发病率,早期诊断与干预能够有效提高此类儿童的语言能力。研究发现,各年龄段语言发展的里程碑是早期诊断的重要依据,儿童早期意向交流的发展异常能够预测语言和言语障碍,家长的语言输入和互动策略影响儿童语言能力的发展。一些国家和地区建立了完善的语言和言语障碍的诊断与干预体系,社区服务在其中扮演重要角色。我国在相关领域开展了研究,但还需建立系统的诊断与干预体系,社区可在早期诊断与干预中发挥更大作用。 Speech and language disorders in infants and young children have a high incidence, and wilt cause problems in children behavior and dyslexia; early diagnosis and interventions can effectively improve the language ability of such children. The study found that the milestone of language development in all age groups is an im- portant base of early diagnosis. The abnormal development of intentional communication in early childhood can predict language disorders. Parents' language input and interaction strategies affect the development of children' s language ability. Some countries and regions have established sound diagnosis and intervention systems for speech and language disorders, and community intervention services have played an important role. China has carried out research in related fields, but still needs to establish a systematic diagnosis and intervention system, and community interventions can be an effective way.
