摘要
目的:探讨高校专职心理咨询教师工作满意感、心理资本和职业倦怠的关系。方法:采用工作满意感量表、职业倦怠量表和心理资本量表对402名高校专职心理咨询教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)工作满意感与心理资本正相关,工作满意感、心理资本与职业倦怠负相关。(2)工作满意感和心理资本对职业倦怠有负向预测作用。心理资本及事务心理资本、人际心理资本维度都对工作满意感和职业倦怠间的关系起到了调节作用,并且随着心理资本水平的提高,工作满意感对职业倦怠的负向预测作用有所减弱。因此,提高工作满意感和心理资本及其各维度,尤其是提高心理资本,对有效降低高校专职心理咨询教师的职业倦怠有重要意义。
The present study aims to explore the relationship between college psychology counselors' job sati- sfaction, psychological capital and occupational burnout, based on a survey of 219 full-time college psychology counselors with questiomlaires for job satisfaction, occupational burnout and psychological capital. The results show the following: (1) There were positive correlations between their job satisfaction and psychological capital, and negative correlations between their occupation burnout and their job satisfaction or psychological capital; and (2) their job satisfaction and psychological capital could be used to negatively predict their occupational burnout; their psychological capital, task-oriented psychological capital, and interpersonal psychological capital could me- diate between their job satisfaction and occupational burnout, and as their psychological capital increased, the negatively predictive effect of their job satisfaction on their occupational bamout decreased. Therefore, the in- crease of job satisfaction and psychological capital, especially the latter, can help effectively decrease college full-time psychology counselors' occupational burnout.
