摘要
围绕储能系统参与高比例风电电力系统调频问题,本文基于PSASP软件,在UPI环境下实现运用储能参与高风电渗透系统调频的功能。本文首先介绍了UPI环境下用户程序UP的应用原理,再根据所建立的储能UP的数学模型,讨论了储能UP在UPI环境下的开发过程,最后根据文中所给定的储能控制策略,在WSCC-9节点系统中进行仿真,结果证明储能系统的运用可以明显降低高风电渗透系统中频率的最大偏差量,且随储能充放电功率越大、效果更好。
Based on PSASP software,bring about using energy-storge to have a hand in stroug wind electroosmosis system frequency-modulated function. Under UPI environment. The paper presents up applied principle of user program under UPI environment. According to the mathematical model of built energy-storge up again,discuss devecoping course of the energy-storge up under UPI environment. Finally,according to the energy-storge control strategy given by the paper,carry out simulation in WCC-9 node system. The result shows that use of the energy-storge system can abivously reduce the maxmum deviation amount of the strong wind electroosmosis system frequency,and the result is better,as the more power of energy-storge charge-discharge.
