促进分布式电源消纳的多目标配电网重构研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着传统化石能源的日益枯竭以及环境污染的日益严重,大力发展可再生清洁能源具有重要的现实意义,但是大规模的分布式电源并网又会对配电网的可靠运行提出新的挑战,因此本文在充分考虑分布式电源以及负荷时序性的基础上,建立以分布式电源消纳量最大、系统网损率最小以及电压偏移量最低的配电网重构优化模型并采用NSGA-II进行求解。同时为了解决常规编码会产生大量不可行解的缺点,本文采用基于环路编码的方式对种群进行初始化,并运用改进的自适应遗传算子避免出现局部收敛的现象,最后通过IEEE-33节点系统对模型进行仿真,实验结果表明上述模型及改进算法能有效地应对分布式电源并网所引起的潮流阻塞和电压越限问题。 With the depletion of traditional fossil fuels and the increasingly serious environmental pollution,it is of great practical significance to develop renewable and clean energy,But large-scale grid connected power supply will bring new challenges to the reliable operation of distribution network. Therefore,this paper takes full account of the distribution power and load timing,Based on the distributed power consumptive amount of system loss rate and minimum voltage offset minimum reconfiguration of distribution network optimization model and the improved NSGA-II solution. At the same time,in order to solve the shortcomings of conventional coding,a great deal of infeasible solutions are produced,In this paper,we use loop encoding to initialize the population,The improved adaptive genetic operator is used to avoid the phenomenon of local convergence,Finally,the IEEE-33 node system is used to simulate the model. The experimental results show that the proposed model and the improved algorithm can effectively cope with the power flow congestion and voltage over limit caused by distributed power generation.
