摘要
高校教师教学咨询服务是提升高校教师专业发展能力的重要组成部分,其内容与形式反映了高校教师专业发展的核心理念与实践路径。美国高校教师教学咨询服务致力于实现对象的全覆盖、咨询内容的全方位、咨询形式的多维度,致力于搭建了集个性化、专业性与支持性于一体的知识共享与创新平台。这也为我国高校教师教学咨询服务的具体落实提供了重要启示。我们应当创设以提升高校教师专业发展水平为目的的对话模式,聚力强化高校教师教学咨询服务的问题导向,并着力培育、构建高校教师教学发展的学习共同体。
College teachers' teaching consultation service is an important part of improving college teachers' professional development ability. Its content and form reflect the core concept and practice path of College teachers' professional development. Teachers' teaching consulting service in American colleges and universities is devoted to the realization of full coverage of the object, omni-direetional consulting content, and multi-dimensional consulting form. On this basis, a set of personalized, professional and supportive knowledge sharing and innovation platform is built. All these provide important enlightenment for the specific implementation of the teaching consultation service of university teachers in China. We should create a dialogue model aiming at promoting the professional development of University teachers, concentrate on strengthening the problem-oriented teaching consultation service of University teachers, and strive to cultivate and construct the learning community of University teachers' teaching development.
