城乡教师交流研究:基于我国1998—2014年研究文献的分析

摘要 十六大以来,党和政府把农村教育摆在重中之重的战略地位,采取了一系列促进城乡教育资源均衡配置、促进城乡教育公平的措施,城乡教师交流也成为教育界关注的热点。本文简要分析了20世纪90年代以来我国关于城乡教师交流的研究状况,对研究中的若干观点进行了综述,提出了研究中的不足及需要进一步探讨的问题,以期为后续研究者提供参考。 Since the sixteen major,the party and the government put rural education in the most important strategic position,and have adopted a series of measures to promote the balanced allocation of urban and rural educational resources and promote the equity of urban and rural education.The exchange of urban and rural teachers has also become a hot spot in the educational circles.This paper briefly analyzes the research status of urban and rural teachers'communication in China since 1990 s,summarizes some of the views in the study,and puts forward the problems in the study and the problems to be further discussed in order to provide reference for the follow-up researchers.
