师范生教学技能:问题、原因及对策研究——基于第七届“华文杯”全国师范院校师范生(生物)教学技能大赛

Teachingskills of normal students:problems,causes and countermeasures——based on the seventh annual “Chinese Cup” national Normal College students (biology) Teaching Skills contest

本研究采用观察法,对第七届"华文杯"全国师范院校师范生(生物)教学技能大赛中118名选手的说课和模拟教学的视频材料进行了研究,发现了师范生在教学技能方面存在的一些问题:说课内容不完整,有时出现逻辑错误;导入不简洁,或导入与教学主题关系不密切;语言缺乏科学性、严密性,讲解过多,忽视学生的主体性;提出的问题缺乏针对性,缺少评价;演示材料选择和使用有时不当;在小组合作学习中,教师指导缺失;板书内容繁多,缺乏条理性。建议:提升高校学科教学论课程教学水平,教学模式应多样化,提高课程的有效性;强化教育类课程的教学,同时重视专业基础课的教学;完善见习与实习制度,确保教育实习有效实施。

Using the observation method,the seventh session of the ＂Chinese Cup＂national Normal College students（biology）teaching skills Contest 118 players in the lecture and analog teaching video materials,to reveal the problems of teaching skills of normal students：the content of the lecture is not complete,there are logic errors,and the introduction of the problem is not closely related to the theme of teaching;lack of scientific language,teacher explanation too much,ignoring the subjectivity of students,lack of pertinence,lack of evaluation,presentation material selection and improper use,group cooperative learning,the lack of teacher guidance,the contents of the blackboard,there is no reason.Suggestions：to improve the teaching level of subjectteaching in universities,teaching theory and other courses need to adopt diversified teaching mode,improve the effectiveness of curriculum implementation,strengthen education courses,and pay attention to the teaching of professional basic courses,perfect probation and practice system to ensure effective implementation of educational practice.
