配方因素对聚苯乙烯木塑发泡复合材料性能的影响

摘要 以偶氮二甲酰胺作为发泡剂、木粉和聚苯乙烯树脂为主要原料,通过自由发泡挤出成型法制备聚苯乙烯基发泡木塑复合材料。研究了发泡剂、木粉加入量、界面改性剂、成核剂、增韧树脂以及抗氧剂等配方因素对发泡聚苯乙烯复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度和密度等性能的影响。结果表明,木粉、界面改性剂会提升复合材料的拉伸强度,而发泡剂、成核剂、增韧树脂等的添加会降低复合材料的拉伸强度,增韧树脂和界面改性剂对优化复合材料的抗冲击性能有益,而抗氧剂的加入改善了聚苯乙烯基发泡木塑复合材料的抗热氧化性,所制的聚苯乙烯基发泡木塑复合材料具有较低的密度。 Using azodicarbonamide as a foaming agent, wood flour and polystyrene resin as the main rawmaterials, a polystyrene-based foamed wood-plastic composite material was prepared by a free-foamingextrusion molding method. The effects of some factors such as foaming agent, addition amount of woodflour, interfacial modifier, nucleating agent, toughening resin and antioxidant on the density, tensilestrength, elongation at break and impact strength of foamed PS composites were investigated. The re-sults show that the wood flour and interfacial modifier can improve the tensile strength of the compo-sites, while the addition of foaming agent, nucleating agent and toughening resin will decrease the ten-sile strength of the composites, and toughening resins and interfacial modifiers are good for optimizingthe impact resistance of composites. The addition of antioxidants improves the thermal oxidation resis-tance of polystyrene-based foamed wood-plastic composites. The resulting polystyrene-based foam wood-plastic composites have a lower density.
