摘要
具有米氏散射特征的塑料是一种具备较高散射能力同时具有透光性能的塑料。该类型的塑料的品种规格繁多,本质上都可以通过光学参数定义它的光学性能。光学仿真已经越来越多地应用在汽车内饰开关的照明设计上,但在工程应用中经常会遇到一些未知光学参数而无法应用到光学仿真软件中的具有米氏散射特征的塑料。针对如何获取这些散射塑料的光学参数的问题,提出了一种通过测量样件和SPEOS模型仿真相结合的方式来推算拟合出材料的吸收系数、散射系数和各向异性系数这3个未知的光学参数的方法。
The plastic with the characteristics of Mie scattering is a kind of plastic with high scatteringability and light transmittance. This kind of plastics have a wide variety of specifications and which canbe defined by optical parameters of its optical properties. Optical simulation has been used more andmore in the lighting design of automotive interior switches, but it is often encountered some plastics withthe characteristic of Mie scattering, due their unknown optical parameters cause the application failed inoptical simulation software. For how to obtain the optical parameters of these plastics, this paper proposesa method to fit the absorption coefficient, scattering coefficient and anisotropy coefficient by combiningthe measurement samples and the simulation by SPEOS model.
