摘要
采用红外图谱分析、扫描电镜及金相切片显微组织分析等方法分析了聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)塑料电镀成品表面漏镀的形成原因。结果表明,漏镀集中位置的组分含量存在差异,进而引起制件粗化异常,导致成品漏镀问题。
The causes of the surface leakage of the PC / ABS electroplated products were analyzed bymeans of infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and microstructure analysis ofmetallographic section. The results show that the concentration of each component is different in theconcentration location of the leakage plating, resulting in the abnormal coarsening of workpieces and theleakage problem of finished products.
