相容剂对聚丙烯材料微观结构和力学性能的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Compatilizer to Microstructure and Mechanical Property of Modified Polypropylene

摘要 采用聚丙烯、滑石粉、乙烯/辛烯共聚物(POE)制备了改性聚丙烯材料,并利用扫描透射电子显微镜(STEM)、动态力学分析(DMA)以及常规力学等测试手段,研究了相容剂对改性聚丙烯微观结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,相容剂增加了PP和POE之间的相容性,改善了POE在PP树脂中的分散效果,并最终改善了材料的常温和低温韧性。 A modified polypropylene was produced by mixing PP resin with talc and ethylene / octenecopolymer( POE), and the effect of compatilizer to microstructure and mechanical property wasinvestigated by STEM, DMA and normal mechanical test. It could be concluded that the compatilizerimproved the compatibility of POE and PP resin and the effect of POE diffusing into PP resin, whichimproved room temperature and low temperature toughness of modified polypropylene.
