The Project Design of Automatic and Intelligent Production Line for Modified Plastics

改性塑料配方复杂,生产工序繁多,国内大多数改性塑料企业在配料环节、混料环节以及包装环节依然依靠人工作业。详细介绍了适用于改性塑料行业的全自动智能化生产线,该生产线重点包括了仓储管理系统、集中供料系统、自动码垛机等。其中,集中供料系统运用了负压输送技术及精度配料控制原理,采用PLC控制系统及工业计算机实现过程全自动及数据的采集处理。自动码垛机通过定量包装、输送整形、视觉识别等实现了物料的精准识别与自动码垛。

The formula of modified plastic is complex and the production process contains multiple steps. Most of the domestic modified plastic enterprises still rely on manual operation in distributing,mixing and packaging. This paper introduces in detail the automatic intelligent production line which mainly includes WMS（ warehouse management system）,concentrated feeder system and stack robot.Among them,the concentrated feeder system uses the negative pressure conveying technology and precision control principle,PLC（ programmable logic controlle） control system and implementation process automatic industrial computer and data collection process. The automatic palletizing machine realizes the precise identification and automatic palletizing of materials through quantitative packaging,automatic injection code,transportation of plastic,and visual recognition.
