汽车天窗水槽连接鞘失效案例研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着塑料及复合材料应用的增多,相应的非金属失效分析成为了新的研究方向。零件的结构设计、选材、注塑、包装、物流、装配等各个阶段均有可能造成零件失效。对汽车天窗水槽连接鞘的失效件和新件进行了材料分析、断口分析、结构分析及失效模拟,得出零件失效的根本原因是结构设计不佳,并对该零件结构进行了整改及验证。结果表明,通过在零件应力集中处增加倒角和在零件结构薄弱处增加加强筋,提高了零件的结构强度,再未发生过类似失效。 As the application of plastics and composite materials increasing,the non-metallic failure analysis becomes the new research direction. The structural design,material selection,injection molding,packaging,logistics,assembly and other stages of the parts may result in failure of automobile parts. The disabled automobile skylight tank connecter and new parts were carried out on the material analysis,fracture analysis,structure analysis and failure simulation. The failure reason of skylight tank connecter was poor structure and the corresponding improvements and verifications were carried out.The results show that by increasing the chamfering angle at the stress concentration of parts and adding reinforcing bars at the weakness of parts structure,the structural strength of the part has been improved. No similar failure occurred any more.
