摘要
在线黏度测量在各行业应用越来越广泛,测量的对象不同,流体的流变特性也不相同。在线黏度测量的方法有很多种,测量的结果会各不相同。同样的测量方法,不同的测量条件下,测量结果也会不同。针对非牛顿流体的流变特性和震动式在线黏度测量方法的测量原理和实际使用情况,通过流变计算和实测,对非牛顿流体的震动式在线黏度测量方法进行分析,说明高灵敏度震动式在线黏度计的适应性,提出震动式在线黏度测定在实际使用过程中需要注意的问题并提出相应的解决方案。
The online viscosity measurement is becoming more and more widely used in various industries. The measurement objects are different and the rheological properties of the fluid are different.There are many methods for online viscosity measurement. The results of measurement will be different even if the measurement method is the same but the different measurement conditions are different. This paper is aimed at non-Newtonian flow. The rheological properties of the sample and the measuring principle and actual use of vibration online viscosity measurement methods are analyzed and the vibration online viscosity measurement methods for non-Newtonian fluids are analyzed through rheological calculation and measurement. Prove that the vibration online viscometer is available for non-Newtonian fluid if the sensitivity is good enough,and the corresponding solutions for online viscosity measurement are proposed in application actually.
